Description
A spicy and sweet chicken quesadilla with a honey twist.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers and onions, sauté until soft.
- Mix in shredded chicken and hot honey, stir well.
- On a tortilla, layer chicken mixture and cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and cook on skillet until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot honey to your spice preference.
- You can add more vegetables if desired.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
