- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
