Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add the beef and brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in paprika and caraway seeds.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  7. Add bell peppers and cook for another 30 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
