- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, cornflour, and salt for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and green chilies. Stir well.
- Pour in vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve hot.
