  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, cornflour, and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, and green chilies. Stir well.
  5. Pour in vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with spring onions.
  7. Serve hot.
