Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add cubed potatoes and broth to the instant pot.
- Seal the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure when done.
- Drain excess liquid if necessary.
- Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mash potatoes until smooth and creamy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic or herbs.
- Use a potato masher or electric mixer for desired consistency.
