Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cold water until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- In a skillet, cook beef, onions, potatoes, and carrots until tender.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Place filling on one half of each circle.
- Fold over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
