Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. Stir in cold water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  6. In a skillet, cook beef, onions, potatoes, and carrots until tender.
  7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  8. Place filling on one half of each circle.
  9. Fold over and seal the edges with a fork.
  10. Brush with beaten egg.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
