Description

Instructions

- Shape the dough into a flat round about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut the round into quarters to form farls.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each farl for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with butter or your choice of topping.
Notes
- Use leftover mashed potatoes for quicker preparation.
- Adjust flour for desired thickness.
- These can be frozen and reheated.
