A refreshing Italian grinder pasta salad packed with flavors.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, pepperoni, onion, and bell pepper.
- Add Italian dressing and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
