Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, and bell peppers.
  2. Add salami, ham, provolone cheese, and black olives to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
