Description
A refreshing Italian Grinder Salad with a mix of vegetables and meats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup Bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup Salami, sliced
- 1/2 cup Ham, sliced
- 1/4 cup Provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, and bell peppers.
- Add salami, ham, provolone cheese, and black olives to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables as desired.
- Adjust the dressing ingredients to taste.
