A savory Italian meatloaf made with ground beef and Italian spices.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freezes well for up to 3 months.
