  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
