Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix the crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan.
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture over the biscuit base.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Dust cocoa powder on top before serving.
- Garnish with fresh berries.
