Description
Delicious Italian Parmesan chicken skewers marinated and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes and coat well with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over chicken during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- Pair with a fresh salad or dipping sauce.
