Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes and coat well with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  6. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over chicken during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
