Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Once doubled in size, punch down the dough and divide it into portions.
- Shape each portion into a ball and let them rest for another 30 minutes before using.
