Ingredients

  • Pizza dough: 1 pound
  • Salami: 4 ounces, sliced
  • Pepperoni: 4 ounces, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese: 2 cups, shredded
  • Bell peppers: 1 cup, thinly sliced
  • Onions: 1/2 cup, thinly sliced
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Marinara sauce: 1/2 cup, for serving
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon, for brushing
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by letting it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes if store-bought, or let homemade dough rise until doubled.
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 12×16 inches on a floured surface.
  3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one long edge and seal the edges by pinching them together.
  5. Place the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into 1-inch thick pieces and serve with marinara sauce.
