Description
Italian stuffed cabbage rolls filled with seasoned meat and rice.
Ingredients

			- 1 large head of cabbage
 - 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 cup cooked rice
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 egg
 - 2 cups marinara sauce
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Boil the cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes to soften.
 - In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Remove cabbage leaves and place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each leaf.
 - Roll the leaves tightly, tucking in the sides.
 - Place the rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
 - Pour marinara sauce over the rolls.
 - Bake for 45 minutes.

- Use leftover rice for convenience.
 - Feel free to add more vegetables to the filling.
