A refreshing Italian Sub Salad packed with flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup salami, sliced
- 1/2 cup ham, sliced
- 1/2 cup provolone cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping as needed.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and pepperoncini.
- Add salami, ham, provolone, and black olives to the bowl.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to mix all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
