- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickled jalapenos, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Top each filled egg with a spoonful of seasoned ground beef.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve chilled.
