Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup jalapeños, diced
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños.
- Place a portion of the mixture in each tortilla and roll them up.
- Spread enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
- Place the rolled tortillas in the dish, seam side down.
- Top with remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- You can adjust the number of jalapeños to your spice preference.
- Serve with sour cream for added creaminess.
