A sweet treat made with bourbon, chocolate, and nuts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, chopped pecans, and bourbon until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate and shortening in a double boiler.
- Dip each chilled ball into the chocolate, then place back on the baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time.
