A low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, wrapped in a keto-friendly roll.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Add sliced ribeye to the skillet. Cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese and mozzarella until melted.
- Place the mixture in lettuce leaves and roll them up.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use any low-carb wrap if preferred.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
