Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak, sliced thin
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Place sliced beef in the slow cooker.
  2. Add soy sauce, beef broth, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sweetener.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, add broccoli florets.
  6. If using, mix cornstarch with water and stir in to thicken sauce.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.

  • Adjust the amount of soy sauce for saltiness.
