Instructions

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
  6. Pour the lime mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
