A refreshing and healthy Key Lime Pie yogurt bark that’s high in protein.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- Fresh lime slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut on top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove from freezer and cut into pieces.
- Garnish with fresh lime slices if desired.
Notes
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Customize toppings based on your preference.
- Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
