Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  6. Pour caramel sauce over the mixture.
  7. Spread the remaining mixture on top of the caramel.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
