A quick and easy Korean Ground Beef Bowl packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the skillet.
- Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce for less saltiness.
- Serve with steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
