- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chopped cauliflower and bell pepper, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables, stir well.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
- Add green onions and peanuts, stir to combine.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
