Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped cauliflower and bell pepper, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables, stir well.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  7. Add green onions and peanuts, stir to combine.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
