Description

Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Flatten lamb chops using a meat mallet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry lamb schnitzels until golden brown on both sides.
- Boil potatoes until soft, then drain.
- Mash potatoes and mix in butter and lemon juice.
- Serve schnitzels with lemon butter mashed potatoes.
