Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella.
- Serve hot, topped with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
