- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Add the crushed tomatoes and beef broth to the pot.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the uncooked pasta and cook until tender.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with salt and pepper.
- Serve the soup topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, along with a dollop of ricotta.
