- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
- Layer zucchini slices over the sauce.
- Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture over the zucchini.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
