A simple and healthy lemon dill roasted salmon with asparagus.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets and asparagus on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
