- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Bring to a boil, then add orzo pasta.
- Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in crumbled feta cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
