- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add vegetable oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
