These lentil patties are a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional patties. They are made without flour and packed with protein.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cooked lentils, grated carrots, onions, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer patties to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
