Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse lentils under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine lentils, water, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  4. Drain excess water and add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and olive oil.
  5. Blend mixture until smooth.
  6. Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until firm.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool, and cut into wraps.

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
