  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add lime juice and lime zest, mixing well.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  8. Dissolve gelatin in warm water, then add to the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  12. Remove from the springform pan and serve.
