Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sparkling water

Instructions

  3. Add eggs, limoncello, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into greased bite-sized cake pans.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  8. Let cakes cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, lemon juice, and sparkling water for drizzle.
