  • 6 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
  5. Add cooked fettuccine and bacon to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Top with green onions before serving.
