- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- While the potatoes bake, season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear the steak to your preferred doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Top each potato with sliced steak, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and crumbled bacon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
