Description
A creamy and rich lobster chowder with tender chunks of lobster and vegetables.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups lobster meat, cooked and chopped
 - 4 strips bacon, diced
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 carrots, diced
 - 2 stalks celery, diced
 - 3 cups potatoes, diced
 - 4 cups seafood stock
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same pot, add butter and sauté onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
 - Add potatoes and seafood stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
 - Stir in the lobster meat and heavy cream. Heat through.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
 - Serve hot, garnished with bacon and parsley.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
 - Adjust seasoning to your taste.
 - Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
