Description

A delicious low carb bacon cheeseburger casserole that is easy to make and perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked beef, bacon, cheese, pickles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
