Description
A quick and easy low carb version of traditional egg rolls served in a bowl.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add coleslaw mix and soy sauce.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until coleslaw is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- This dish is best served hot.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
