Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
  3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and let it rest.
  5. Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  7. In a bowl, combine steak, sautéed vegetables, avocado, and cilantro.
