  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
