Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread additional ketchup on top, if desired.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
