Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Pound the chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken fillet.
- Fold the chicken fillets over to enclose the filling.
- Dredge each chicken fillet in flour.
- Dip in beaten eggs.
- Coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
