Description
A delicious Thai dessert made with sweet sticky rice and ripe mango.
Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe mangoes
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 4-6 hours.
- Drain the rice and steam it for about 30 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt over low heat until dissolved.
- Once the rice is cooked, mix half of the coconut milk mixture into the rice and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
- Peel and slice the mangoes.
- To serve, place sticky rice on a plate, top with mango slices, and drizzle with remaining coconut milk.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on your taste preference.
- Store leftover rice in the refrigerator.
