Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine milk, cream, maple syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed bread and cranberries to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
