Ingredients

- 1 pound beef tips
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate beef tips in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and sear on all sides until browned.
- Pour remaining marinade over beef and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
