- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day ahead.
