Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
 - Toss until the brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
 - Spread the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
 - Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
 - Remove from the oven and serve hot.
